MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION PATHWAY

To submit a manuscript via the web site (www.biolsport.com), go to the “Authors Pathway”, click on the text “Submit Manuscript”, and then follow the on-screen instructions. Firstly, you will need to log into the submission system. If you are already registered in MSM’s Author Database in Biology of Sport use your User ID and Password to log on.

If you are not already registered, you can register by clicking on the ‘Create Account’ button. You will be asked for basic personal/contact data.

To add a new article click on “Add new article” on the left side of the screen. Follow

the steps:

Step 1 – Choose the scientific disciplines of your article;

Step 2 – Add article keywords. The system will automatically provide a list of similar words. Choose at least 3 keywords;

Step 3 – Enter authors’ names and affiliations by adding to the authors’ list. Choose corresponding author;

Step 4 – Add titles and abstracts in English. Select the type of article;

Step 5 – Add any comments, if necessary;

Step 6 – Add full text of article and other files;

The article will be sent to the editorial office. To see the article status select “My articles” from the left menu.

Once submitted for review, each manuscript will be assigned a unique reference number. This number should be used in any subsequent correspondence.
